3D structural inspection - Bornknechtstraße underground car park, Halle (Saale)

For structural maintenance, the 12,000 m² underground car park under the Stadtwerke administration building was digitized using 3D laser scanning and digital damage recording.

• 3D as-built survey with 3D mobile mapping system and creation of point cloud for documentation and renovation planning
• Creation of a slope analysis of the floor surfaces for gradient planning
• Digital crack recording of the floor surfaces for maintenance
• Creation of 3D BIM model for renovation planning and documentation
• Integration of diagnostic results from the concrete investigation into planning documents
