3D as-built survey of the underground parking garage Columbus Haus, Hamburg for voplan Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH from Weingarten

The 6,000 square meter underground car park under the Columbus Haus in Hamburg was digitally scanned for the structural repair. The aim was to provide a digital planning and documentation basis for the basic repair work.

• 3D inventory with 3D mobile mapping system and creation of a point cloud of the actual condition
• Creation of a slope analysis of the floor areas
• Creation of 3D BIM model for renovation planning
• Integration of diagnostic results from the building inspection into the virtual 360° object inspection for documentation.
