The 12,000 sqm parking lot in Hanau city centre was digitized using 3D laser scanning and digital damage recording for building maintenance.

3D crack detection - Parkhaus Kinopolis

As part of the building maintenance, the 6,000 sqm parking lot near a cinema was digitized. The focus was on damage monitoring. The floor surfaces were examined for cracks in 2019 and 2022. Crack growth of 730% was detected in the process.
