3D as-built survey

On behalf of Bekor GmbH a 66,000 sqm parking lot in Italy was digitized for refurbishment. The aim was to provide a digital preservation of evidence and support for construction measurement and billing purposes.

• 3D as-built survey with 3D mobile mapping system and creation of a point cloud of the actual condition.
• Creation of a slope analysis of the floor surfaces for slope planning.
• Creation of web-based 360° virtual object inspection for remote working.
• Creation of mass determination of the reinforced concrete components as CAD information.
